The main thing is: please watch the video - it's just under 5 minutes long and is about 10MB in size.

If you're on broadband, you shouldn't have too many problems unless there's a lot of traffic to the site. It might be better to let the whole video download and then watch it. That way you'll prevent any intermittent stop-start problems.

If you're on dial-up, then it will take a while to download, but please be patient.
